NOTE: A search is conducted to be sure no-one is already using the same or similar icon/slogan/word prior to submitting your request to be processed. If the search comes back negative you will only be charged a minimal fee of $165 inc gst to cover cost of search.
Includes transfer of art suitable for registering with a phone conference to discuss how why and where your image is displayed to guaranteed your image/slogan is trademarked to suit your needs. Registration & Legal papers of Trademark along with an updated logo with the official registration '®' included to further protect your logo.
